Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you full authority over your mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested messages will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Just choose the email account you would like to redirect emails from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
